Sounds like foul-mouthed black activists chime in around 5 minutes and 30 seconds or so, then other blacks join in. Thing is, I was listening for the slurs but most of what I heard were complaints about Jane Kim doing white people’s work. Well, with only 5 percent population being black in SF, she’s going to address concerns for the other 95 percent.
