Fine. Make a proposal for a Constitutional Amendment in Congress, pass it, and put it to the states. That’s the legal method. Anything else is garbage and deserves to be treated that way.
Tell this stupid bitch if the Election was about the Popular Vote all Republicans that didn't bother to vote in California & NY would've came out & she still would've lost!!

My husband was telling me about this with CT, and said he thinks there are 7 or 8 states doing this. In which case, we will never be able to compete with the massive voter fraud and illegals voting, so as to ever re-capture the WH, I fear.

CT votes overwhelmingly Democrat.
That means if a ‘Pubbie wins the popular vote, CTs votes will go to the Pubbie no matter how the CT electorate votes. It is more likely to help than to hurt.
