Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton told an audience in New Zealand Monday that she gave “some thought” to permanently leaving the United States and settling in that country after Donald Trump scored his upset victory over her in 2016. “I want to thank some of you for sending good wishes a very long way during my campaign and the months that followed. I received a number of invitations from Kiwis to permanently relocate here,” Clinton tells the Auckland, New Zealand audience in a video posted by an organ of the Republican National Committee.
“I must say, I really did appreciate the offers, and gave them some thought,” Clinton follows up over the audience’s laughter.

Well that establishes that she is a flight risk, so no bail once charges are filed.
She lied during a past campaign and said that she was named after a famous New Zealander, Edmund Hillary, who climbed Mount Everest in 1953. The odd thing about it was that she was born in 1946 and at that point until 1953, or seven years later, Edmund was an obscure beekeeper on the South Island of New Zealand with a taste for weekend mountain climbing. Basically until he became famous seven years after she was born, Sir Edmund was what she would call a “deplorable” in the United States. As always, Hillary was ahead of the game.
She comes from the land down under.
New Zealand does not have a president. They have a Prime Minister.
Hillary should run for that office. And lose. Then spend 18 months bitching and moaning about that.
And quit her bitching here in the US.
I understand she’s related to a New Zealander she was named after, Sir Edmund Hillary.
I don’t know why Trump doesn’t try to mend fences with the Clintons and name her ambassador to somewhere like Uganda or Somalia. With her extensive, ummm, diplomatic skills, she would be perfect for the position.
I’m in if she would consider Mars as a choice. Elon Musk can transport.
She was in New Zealand, so she said she would relocate to NZ. If she were in Uzbekistan, she’d say she would have relocated there. NOBODY panders like Hillary!!!
My brother said the same, he is a big shot in his field and was told just being great won’t work, you need to bring something they need.

If I recall correctly, New Zealand was the first country to deny the American Navy Fifth Fleet entry to their ports after their non-nuclear vote many years ago.
