A RESOLUTION, FOR CONSIDERATION AT THE 2018 NEBRASKA REPUBLICAN PARTY STATE CONVENTION:
CONDEMNATION OF SPECIAL COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER AND HIS INVESTIGATION INTO RUSSIAN COLLUSION, AS PURSUED AGAINST PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP, HIS ADMINISTRATION, AND CAMPAIGN STAFF MEMBERS
WHEREAS: The Special Counsel Provision requires a recognized violation of criminal statute be present; but, in this matter, no violation of law is alleged, nor is irrefutable evidence presented to prove such as factually committed;
WHEREAS: Collusion per se, is not a violation of criminal or civil statute;
WHEREAS: Special Counsel Robert Mueller has appointed a team of partisan prosecutors, all of whom are Democrats, and of whom several worked for the campaign of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and thus were, for reason of non-impartiality, obligated to recuse themselves from this investigation, yet have failed to so do;
WHEREAS: Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and certain individuals of his team, have a history of unethical prosecutorial practices including Muellers failure, as a federal prosecutor for the FBI, to present evidence exculpatory to defendants in a Massachusetts murder trial, resulting in the false imprisonment of four innocent men;
WHEREAS: Special Counsel Robert Mueller, has exceeded the written scope of his mandate; and, finding no evidence of collusion or statutory violation by Present Donald J. Trump, he has chosen to obstinately pursue a face-saving charge of obstructing justice where no criminality exists, thereby further deepening his egregious abuse of power, the sole objective being to provide congressional Democrats a pretense to impeach President Donald J. Trump;
WHEREAS: Special Counsel Robert Mueller, has on multiple occasions abused his authority; via his use of terror tactics to intimidate and coerce potential witnesses; via his misrepresentation or otherwise omission of material facts, to obtain federal search warrants a breach of the Fourth Amendment; via his extraordinary violation of attorney-client privilege, by invading the residences and business office of President Trumps personal attorney, Michael Cohen ; and via Robert Muellers various unethical or illegal practices in leaking confidential or otherwise classified information to the press
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The Nebraska Republican Party forcefully and without reservation condemns the unethical and unconstitutional actions of Special Counsel Robert Mueller and each member of his prosecutorial team.
BE IT RESOLVED: We condemn this rogue Russian Collusion investigation as being nothing but a political witch hunt, totally devoid of factual or even convincing circumstantial evidence, purposely and maliciously conceived to embarrass or damage President Trump, and pursued to undermine the effectiveness of his Administration.
BE IT RESOLVED: We condemn the motives and actions of Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team, as being a perversion of equal justice, irreparably destructive to the rule of law, and an attack on the U.S. Constitution. Further, we condemn the iniquitous precedent set by Special Counsel Muellers unjustified violation of attorney-client privilege.
BE IT RESOLVED: We condemn this habitual abuse of power for its clearly partisan operation to undermine the legitimacy of a proper federal election, and which is intended to nullify the votes of over 63 million U.S. citizens. BE IT RESOLVED: We condemn, as notorious and unfit for office, any member of the Republican Party be their place the county, state or national level who willingly gives credence to, provides aid for, or assists in any way and to any degree, the pursuit of this unjust attack upon President Donald J. Trump and his Administration.
FINALLY, BE IT RESOLVED: That relegating the electoral process to a contest of legalized extortion, where the expressed will of We The People is imperiled as a matter of tyrannical fiat if the results do not favor a certain political candidate or party, constitutes the gravest of dangers to Representative government and our Constitutional Republic; and that such operations must always be resisted to the fullest extent possible.
Excuse me - but you are he who first attacked me!
Moreover, you have not stated exactly what part of my initial post nonfactual, or even why you find it “fantasy.”
Therefore, the only conclusion I am able to make is that you are an ineffectual effeminate troll, who has nothing better to do, nor anything constructive to offer, save to haunt the various threads here on FR, having no other purpose than to be a disruptive jackass.
Perhaps you should make your home on DU - where all the other miserable of your sort congregate.
Lol! Humor helps.
Thank you.
The Convention is held June 15-16. Actually, the 15th is the GOP Booster Club meeting, and the 16th is the convention. This is my third go-around as a delegate. Sadly, I am the only one representing my county, as there is much political apathy at this end of the state. Unless it concerns agriculture, there seems no interest in all things political. Truthfully, I’m weary of always being the only voice for my county.
That’s a pretty good resolution for a one-voice county!
Thanks for the info. And have a great convention!
After reading this entire thread, I extend my congratulations to you for actually attempting to do something POSITIVE to defend our president. I hope you are successful in this endeavor.
And I also like the way you stand up to the INEXPLICABLE bullying by some other FReepers who are showing their ignorance of what you are trying to achieve,
God bless you FRiend!
Good start; what are you going to do about Sasse?
Thank you.
Sounds great to me. Maybe the other state GOP’s will do likewise.
Unfortunately, Senator Ben Sasse is not up for re-election. But his day is coming. I consider Sasse a climber, a brown-nosing establishment kiss-ass, and a political opportunist of the worst stripe. When the time comes, I will move mountains to see this back-stabbing anti-Trumper thrown out of office.
Every American, who desires to truly change the direction of our great nation, needs to get involved. Every voice counts. As much as I am disheartened by the political apathy in my area, I still do what I can to advance MAGA and fight those who oppose President Trump’s agenda! He may not be a perfect “conservative,” but he’s the best man we’ve had in that office for a long time. So, I’m going to do whatever I can to help the man succeed.
We condemn this habitual abuse of power for its clearly partisan operation to undermine the legitimacy of a proper federal election, and which is intended to nullify the votes of over 63 million U.S. citizens.
Thanks JME_FAN.

You just bullied a poster.
I’ve always wondered what are the forums and what the rules for each forum. I haven’t been able to find it.
The right side-bar forum list
http://www.freerepublic.com/home.htm
is different from the web site forum list.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/topics
so, which is what where and what are the rules for each?
thanks you. I’ll sit down now.
