A RESOLUTION, FOR CONSIDERATION AT THE 2018 NEBRASKA REPUBLICAN PARTY STATE CONVENTION:
CONDEMNATION OF SPECIAL COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER AND HIS INVESTIGATION INTO RUSSIAN COLLUSION, AS PURSUED AGAINST PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP, HIS ADMINISTRATION, AND CAMPAIGN STAFF MEMBERS
WHEREAS: The Special Counsel Provision requires a recognized violation of criminal statute be present; but, in this matter, no violation of law is alleged, nor is irrefutable evidence presented to prove such as factually committed;
WHEREAS: Collusion per se, is not a violation of criminal or civil statute;
WHEREAS: Special Counsel Robert Mueller has appointed a team of partisan prosecutors, all of whom are Democrats, and of whom several worked for the campaign of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and thus were, for reason of non-impartiality, obligated to recuse themselves from this investigation, yet have failed to so do;
WHEREAS: Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and certain individuals of his team, have a history of unethical prosecutorial practices including Muellers failure, as a federal prosecutor for the FBI, to present evidence exculpatory to defendants in a Massachusetts murder trial, resulting in the false imprisonment of four innocent men;
WHEREAS: Special Counsel Robert Mueller, has exceeded the written scope of his mandate; and, finding no evidence of collusion or statutory violation by Present Donald J. Trump, he has chosen to obstinately pursue a face-saving charge of obstructing justice where no criminality exists, thereby further deepening his egregious abuse of power, the sole objective being to provide congressional Democrats a pretense to impeach President Donald J. Trump;
WHEREAS: Special Counsel Robert Mueller, has on multiple occasions abused his authority; via his use of terror tactics to intimidate and coerce potential witnesses; via his misrepresentation or otherwise omission of material facts, to obtain federal search warrants a breach of the Fourth Amendment; via his extraordinary violation of attorney-client privilege, by invading the residences and business office of President Trumps personal attorney, Michael Cohen ; and via Robert Muellers various unethical or illegal practices in leaking confidential or otherwise classified information to the press
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The Nebraska Republican Party forcefully and without reservation condemns the unethical and unconstitutional actions of Special Counsel Robert Mueller and each member of his prosecutorial team.
BE IT RESOLVED: We condemn this rogue Russian Collusion investigation as being nothing but a political witch hunt, totally devoid of factual or even convincing circumstantial evidence, purposely and maliciously conceived to embarrass or damage President Trump, and pursued to undermine the effectiveness of his Administration.
BE IT RESOLVED: We condemn the motives and actions of Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team, as being a perversion of equal justice, irreparably destructive to the rule of law, and an attack on the U.S. Constitution. Further, we condemn the iniquitous precedent set by Special Counsel Muellers unjustified violation of attorney-client privilege.
BE IT RESOLVED: We condemn this habitual abuse of power for its clearly partisan operation to undermine the legitimacy of a proper federal election, and which is intended to nullify the votes of over 63 million U.S. citizens. BE IT RESOLVED: We condemn, as notorious and unfit for office, any member of the Republican Party be their place the county, state or national level who willingly gives credence to, provides aid for, or assists in any way and to any degree, the pursuit of this unjust attack upon President Donald J. Trump and his Administration.
FINALLY, BE IT RESOLVED: That relegating the electoral process to a contest of legalized extortion, where the expressed will of We The People is imperiled as a matter of tyrannical fiat if the results do not favor a certain political candidate or party, constitutes the gravest of dangers to Representative government and our Constitutional Republic; and that such operations must always be resisted to the fullest extent possible.
And you think this qualifies as “News”?
Really?
It’s in all caps for crying out loud. /s
It qualifies as “Activism” - and the category is plainly listed as: “News / Activism.” Or can you not understand English?
oh boy ...
My only criticism of the resolution is that it lacks text pointing out that the actions of the special prosecutor represent an attempted political coup and should be judged as treasonous and punished accordingly.
Oh. Just humblegunner being his ever lovable self. :o)
Since I've been posting here in English for 17 years, I'd
say my command of English is fairly well established.
You, however, post a "wish list" and expect to have it accepted as news.
It must be fun to be you, with all that fantasy stuff.
Cut him slack he didn’t excerpt.
Dang! All RIGHT!
I think this a good summary of what has transpired.
If there is any justice, Mueller and his “team” will end up on the hot end of the stick and spend their golden years in orange jumpsuits.
Wish list?
Actually, sir, it is a requirement of delegates to the Nebraska State GOP Convention (June 15-16) to submit Resolutions for consideration.
Being this offering addresses current events, and IS very much “factual”, I hardly see how it moves you into the realm of “fantasy.”
But perhaps, you got up on the wrong side of the bed today - or perhaps your underwear are a tad too tight - or it may be that you’re just a jerk.
Coup, yes, but while true, such wording may not be accepted by the resolutions committee. In any case, the use of treason, not conforming to the actual definition used in the U.S. Constitution, will certainly be rejected.
Not sure what you’ve done to make others on this thread so angry with you.
Not sure what you’ve done to make others on this thread so angry with you.
Well, you see, Spunky...
The way you’ve set up the thread lists you as the author.
That would mean that this is just some bunk straight out of your mind.
Did you mean something else and that you really AREN’T the author?
Truth is that when I posted I hadn’t noticed that the angry individual was brother humblegunner. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a happy or humorous post from him. See the First Book of Joshua - the part about some tribe or other of ‘ites being smitten with a plague of emrods. I think that may be hg’s problem. :o)
1.) Yes, I am the author of this resolution.
2.) I am my county’s delegate to the State GOP Convention.
3.) I have the right to introduce resolutions at said convention.
4.) I have so introduced, as is the custom during the delegate part of the registration process.
5.) At least I have a mind, from which to compose - unlike yourself ... And, finally,
6.) Please GFY.
Thank you.
Well ain’t you just extra special, you foul-mouthed noobie bloviator.
Go You.
First off, living in Nebraska, I appreciate the post. Have not heard of this yet.
Second, ignore HG.
His replies bring no value to posted threads. He bullies posters, some warranted, mostly not.
He’s our resident head-case.
We’ve been studying him for years......
