Summary synopsis of Korean language version (link above):
North Korea through the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) today stated that the barely one week old "Panmunjom Agreement" between Kim Jong Un and Moon Jae In is falling victim to "misinterpretation" by the United States and threatened the talks between Kim and Trump will go nowhere and "things will return to zero" if the following happens: a) there is no loosening of economic sanctions currently on North Korea even prior to denuclearization; b) there is any pressure on them in the area of human rights.
KCNA has, in fact, carried it, the official voice of the North Korean regime, stating also Kim Jong Un is in firm control of the talks from the DPRK side; further this statement is being relayed in major Japanese conservative daily "Sankei" Shimbun today in Japanese:

I see AP and CBS carrying it in the US as well.
Exactly like I said the other day, you're already attempting to move the goal posts every inch of the way, hoping for failure, so you can save face. Sad.
Surprise....North Korea doesnt want to be pressured on human rights like Hitler didnt want to be pressured on the whole Jew thingy.
Sorry, my hypothetical wasn’t directed to you — I neglected to remove your name in my response.
My guess: China is playing both sides of the Nork peace parade to ensure its economic survival. It’s my understanding China’s manufacturing is a house of cards completely dependent on exports. To your point on communism — when does a communist society facilitate growth in manufacturing — never. And without growth, recessions, depressions, mayham.
Bye, Felicia.
bless your heart!
BTW, because I can see how there would be confusion, it was about Kim, not you! If Kim doesn’t want to deal Bye, Felicia!
That’s cool...not a word about “human rights”.It’s up to the citizens of the “DPRK” to fight for their rights. As for sanctions...perhaps a slight loosening of some minor point can happen at the beginning as a gesture. But any further loosening only happens as a reward for *verified* steps on their part.
“talks between Kim and Trump will go nowhere and “things will return to zero” if the following happens: a) there is no loosening of economic sanctions currently on North Korea even prior to denuclearization”
Call his bluff and cancel the meeting. They will be back when they’re eating grass seed.
A) No loosening of sanctions until we have denuclearization - period. B) Let that worthless organization, the U.N. handle the human rights stuff, they have a great track record /S
[IOW, the Koreans are trying to reposition themselves to give the appearance of dealing from a position of more strength.]
Saving face, Rocket boy has to appear strong for domestic consumption.
Fat Boi be talkin’ smack. Time to biatch slap him up side a da head!
Where ya going to draw the line now ExpertInTokyo?
Prayers for successful negotiations and peace for the Korean people.
Well that’s that. The President might as well get on the plane and come home.
He thinks this will shame DJT but in reality, he is about to find out that he can not play our President, and is in for a world of pain. Sad for his people, really. I wonder how much the China leader is behind these “moves”.
Trump should be ware of Kim typing in a sentence or two above the signature line after the signing.
That is a South Korean trick
and he also said this is a “one shot deal”.
