Great catch Shalom.
Princeton for a BS,A doctorate at Harvard, Knox fellowship in the UK and law degree from Oxford!!This guy is simply brilliant yet has enough common sense to see right through someone like Mueller.
The fake argument made against Session cannot make the made about Rudy G. to demand "recusal".
The whole scale turning over the investigation by Muller to Clinton campaign donors also totally removes any credibility of the "must recuse" argument. The "must recuse" argument has all ready been ignored by Team Muller so it has zero credibility when they try to apply it to Team Trump

My goodness we got to meet Michael Avenatti, Stormy Daniels’ attorney.
One can feel his lawyer lies way out here on the Delmarva shore.
FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): Rep. Mac Thornberry, R-Texas; Joseph diGenova, Former U.S. Attorney; Lanny Davis, Former Clinton White House Special Counsel.
Highlight of Fox News Sunday:

Highlight of This Week with George Stephanopolous
Steponallofus asks why, if Trump is so innocent, why doesn’t he answer questions by Mueller.
Steponallofus would never advise his friends the Clintons to do such a thing.

Highlight of State of the Union
Possibly the “best” of this Sunday’s political talk shows.
First, Roy Blunt did a good job of defending President Trump. “It’s not so much that he is lying,” Blunt says to nut job host Jake Tapper who sobbed due to the lies of Donald Trump. “It’s that sometimes he answers too quickly and his facts get mixed up.”
So Jake Tapper says the fact checker for the Washington Post declares that Trump lies at least nine times a day.
SEE! They say it out of thin air and it becomes the truth! BOOM!!

I really think that we need to give the old media a go. We are far better than they are in so many ways. They are dying a slow death wile our numbers especially in talk grow constantly.
Just for the lurkers ...
The statute (passed by Congress):
28 USC 528 - Disqualification of officers and employees of the Department of Justice
The Attorney General shall promulgate rules and regulations which require the disqualification of any officer or employee of the Department of Justice, including a United States attorney or a member of such attorney's staff, from participation in a particular investigation or prosecution if such participation may result in a personal, financial, or political conflict of interest, or the appearance thereof. Such rules and regulations may provide that a willful violation of any provision thereof shall result in removal from office.
The rules and regulations promulgated by DOJ:
28 CFR 45.2 - Disqualification arising from personal or political relationship
(a) Unless authorized under paragraph (b) of this section, no employee shall participate in a criminal investigation or prosecution if he has a personal or political relationship with:(1) Any person or organization substantially involved in the conduct that is the subject of the investigation or prosecution; or
(2) Any person or organization which he knows has a specific and substantial interest that would be directly affected by the outcome of the investigation or prosecution. ...(c) For the purposes of this section:
(1)Political relationship means a close identification with an elected official, a candidate (whether or not successful) for elective, public office, a political party, or a campaign organization, arising from service as a principal adviser thereto or a principal official thereof; and
If the standard is that it is okay for the AG to ignore the rules and the law, sort of like Holder did, then don't be complaining if Sessions ignores a contempt citation, etc. just like Holder did. If you ask for Holder-like behavior, don't complain when you get it.
Georgie is reading the questions off a list. Wonder who at the DNC or Muletrain’s office wrote them.
ping for later
We do get some big bulls here in Hawaii as well. Since they have the luxury of abundant opelu ( mackerel scad) rich in fat to feast on, typically our mahis grow fast and have a very mild, white and moist texture. You just can’t beat a combination of pristine water and healthy piles of opelu bait.
Absolutely, I anticipate the “Sunday Morning Talk Show Thread” every Sunday! Thank you to each of you who posts your enlightening comments.
Nope. Take it outside. Not here.
No problem. I love fish. Hell, even bluefish (with my own special recipe).
Bluefish ala AB:
When fileting the bluefish, remove dark dorsal vein that has all the oily, fishy smelling blood.
Heat up charcoal grill.
Putdown a couple of long aluminium foil pieces.
Put fish on foil.
Cover filet(s) in olive oil, chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic and garlic cloves, a little (or a lot) siracha sauce, oregano, rosemary and basil. Roll up foil tightly but make sure it is easy to open on the top.
Place on grill. Flip every 3-4 minutes.
After about 15 minutes, open the foil on the top and cover the grill (I have a nice Weber kettle) and reduce the vents so the fish gets nice and smoked (about 10 minutes).
Remove and devour.
A cold German Bitburger or Mexican Corona is optional, but goes well.
AND I agree 100%.
Why do you think I’m so happy to post his stuff?
I still don’t want fights brought to the thread.
I like Humblegunner, even though I know some people here don’t.
I read that too. The prosecution went to great lengths to say that a judge cannot make a decision on DOJ regulations. The prosecutor also brought up a case that was decided on the Fourth Circuit (where the appeal will be held off Ellis rules for Manford) which he believed bolster his opinion. I hope that turns out not to be the case here. I hope the judge looks at what Congress’ intent of the law when it came to clearly spelling out exactly what a SC can and cannot do.
I believe the reported quote (from memory) 'If that bastard wins we'll all hang from nooses.'
Sounds like it one of my best friend wrote a book on dolphin called dolphin the perfect game fish, his name is Capt. Jim Sharpe.Hes got it down on best water temp,—76-84 how fast they grow—30 lbs in a year only live for three years, what winds they feed on—SE the best all the rest marginal except west or north no good, etc. etc.
Really interesting stuff.
they are an oily fish but can taste really good.
the dark dorsal vein is the blood line many fish have them and they all should be removed, makes for a far better fillet.
One thing I learned not too long ago don’t rinse salt water fish in fresh water, not at all if you don’t have to.Fresh water discolors the meat.
Fortunately the in-fighting is kept to a minimum here.
175 Tomato plants? Do you know how many tomatoes you get from just ONE tomato plant???
Just kidding. I'm sorry the weather destroyed your lovingly produced plants. It did remind me of a story though.....
During the 'great exodus' from Detroit during the late 60s and early 70s, when forced busing of school children drove a million or so residents out of the city, we got new neighbors in our rural city. In the spring, the wife planted a large garden, with about the same number of tomato plants. The next fall, she was seen all over the neighborhood giving away grocery bags full of tomatoes. Her explanation? "I thought there were only two tomatoes from each plant!"
I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. It looks to me like the open door didn't give him enough room for his elbow.
The weather didn’t destroy any of mine, that was Pugmama’s husband.
As for me, about half of those tomato plants of mine will die in the withering heat and humidity of a lower Alabama Summer. I try to plant early so I get a good crop by end of June, but this year I had to plant late.
Last year, it rained so much I didn’t want to go out and weed in the wetness and almost all of my maters caught a bad mildew fungus and died.
If by chance I get too many I’ll can, freeze and give away!
Maybe I’ll pass them out to the regulars here on the Sunday thread, if we can just figure out the logistics as to how!
