Well hello. Wasn’t all the opposition to Obama to undermine him and get rid of him or keep him from being elected? Rush is stating the obvious, but in such a way to garner sympathy for DJTm
They (the permanent Deep State...Totalitarians, call them what they are), will not stop this until they are forcibly defeated. They are boxing in Trump to leave only two options - defeat them through means that will lead to civil conflict, or surrender. They believe they can make him surrender. It will be up to the people to convince them otherwise.
Of course it is..its always been about getting rid of Trump..the left despises the fact that Donald Trump resides in the White House..they wanted Hillary Clinton, actually they wanted Bernie Sanders but that is a whole other matter. They wanted to turn America Communist, they got very close but failed..and now they want a do over..if the Dems take back the House/Senate in November..Trump will be impeached
I do think that’s their main motivation....however...there’s another motive, keep the attention off the Clintons, and the Clinton fund, or Lois Lerner, or any other of a half dozen scandals that have never been resolved
