Last week, Twitchy covered Kanye West tweeting that he couldnt be a conservative because he hadnt done enough research into what it means to be one. Sounds fair? Well today, to prove that hes doing his homework perhaps, Kanye shared multiple texts on Twitter showing different viewpoints on the history of Republicans.
And its fascinating.
Were going to guess Democrats would not like Kanye tweeting , but its the reality of the Democratic Party.

KANYE WEST Flips Out on Sway in The Morning Interview ... pretty funny ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXMRw0ZmI-A
Local Miami media has finally found a reason to report on Kanye West. Nothing about him listening to conservative thinkers, of course. Nope. Instead, we are told that he enjoys playing the game “Connect Four”.
I am not joking.
This is getting good
I would LOVE to see black people start to debate among themselves what the democrap party has done to their families since LBJ’s “great society”
What you post may well be the case, but I just as often look at what our enemies are doing, and they are simply SCARED TO DEATH over him.
So I’ll take him simply because Republicans are getting 5 to 10% of the black vote, we have NOTHING TO LOSE. It’s all upside, virtually no downside left for with these people, for our party.
A world where Kanye West intersects with Thomas Sowell! I’m red pilling myself.
And if that gets more people not buying into the snake oil community organizers and the like are peddling, so much the better.
I agree that we have nothing to lose. Kanye isn’t my favorite person, but I think he is performing valuable outreach. More people will see the Democrats for what they are, because of Kanye.
I won’t buy his music, but I will tip my hat to him. He’s helping.
I agree that caution should be practiced. But look, putting the truth out there is never a bad idea. Candace Owens is pretty strong on making a case for conservatism. Thomas Sowell, too.
The more they are exposed to the black community, the better. Young people DON’T like being told “Don’t listen to x.” So the effort by the left to shut up dissent may very well be backfiring.
“Why do we want this a-hole on our side?”
For starters, having the brilliant conservative black academics and commentators like Thomas Sowell, Justice Thomas, Condoleezza Rice, Larry Elder, Armstrong Williams, Lloyd Marcus and others hasn’t helped the conservative cause one bit. The target audience tunes them out and they wind up speaking to non-black American that goes “yeah! right-on!”
West can reach the previously unreachable. That is extremely important. We should make hay while the sun shines.
Thanks. He’s also quoting Thomas Sowell now...if REPUBLICANS could only stop looking at Sowell as a nutcase, we wouldn’t have half of the problems we do with the party, or the country, for that matter.
A couple of black guys at work are making fun of Kanye because he has gained weight. Um, I wondered kind of out loud if this is the newsworthy stuff about Kanye worth talking about....
Ironic that you would cite Jesus in a post where you attack someone showing signs of redemption.
I hope for more mindsets like West’s, and less like yours.
Powerful letter, thanks for sharing.
Fantastic post! But while “even a 3-5% loss of obedient black votes in big blue inner-cities will produce disastrous electoral consequences,” aren’t the Democrats, as we speak, importing millions of new voters every year? Why should Dems care about blacks? Hispanics already outnumber blacks and more are flooding in all the time.
Add Florida to that list. If we can get even a small percentage of Black folks voting GOP, Florida will be solid Red again. It’s inner city Black and Hispanic and Northern transplant voters that keep the Dems competitive here. Get even 5% of Black folks voting GOP and it’s over.
Yep, and nice city you have there too! Passed through there recently - I thought all of the Gulf Coast was flat and swampy, being from Houston and hanging out in South and Central Florida a lot. I was wrong. Also great people there!
Thanks! We’re culturally way more South Georgia than Florida (like most of the Panhandle). Next time you’re passing through, let me know!
You’re absolutely correct!
