But while “even a 3-5% loss of obedient black votes in big blue inner-cities will produce disastrous electoral consequences,” aren’t the Democrats, as we speak, importing millions of new voters every year? Why should Dems care about blacks? Hispanics already outnumber blacks and more are flooding in all the time.
