The leaders of North and South Korea signed a historic declaration Friday pledging "no more war" and a common goal of "complete denuclearization" on the Korean Peninsula.
The countries, which technically remain in a state of war, heralded the deal as part of "a new era of peace" after a historic summit.
North Korea's Kim Jong Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in also vowed to "cease all hostile acts" and to "transform the Demilitarized Zone into a peace zone." The two leaders embraced, and Moon said he would visit Pyongyang in the fall.

The MIC is gonna be pissed this morning.
I, however, am very happy to see these events happening. There is still a long road to travel but these steps are groundbreaking.
While fake media pissants were trying to get the president impeached over a hoax, he was busy ending a 68 year old war and the world’s #1 nuclear threat. Can’t make this $hit up.
If this is true, Trump deserves the unshared Nobel Peace Prize every year for the next seven years he’ll be in office. It’s such a humongous achievement. It’s the most important achievement of anyone on Earth in the last 100 years. No I take that back, he should get the NPP every year for the rest of his life, considering that that worthless POS Obama got one for doing nothing of importance. Libs cheapen everything they touch, in this case the Nobel Peace Prize.

Korean War vets like my dad, father-in-law and uncle didn’t live long enough to see it, but I never thought I would, either.

Color me hopeful but skeptical. I have been to SK and done business with Koreans for years. Things are never as they say they are.
Offer Fat Boy full amnesty.Offer him billions.Offer his pals billions.Offer his country billions.But make it clear that every offer we make is conditioned on us,the US,having full,unrestricted 24/7/366 access to every square foot of NK so that compliance with their claims of warhead destruction can be confirmed.

I’m sure we’re opening our check book. And that’s fine with me. Hopefully the people of North Korea get some of it for food.
Really? I would think they would be better utilized being deployed on our own border.
We still have plenty of personnel and hardware on that side of the world if we’re needed, not to mention other situations that need to be resolved.
