I guess the starving people of North Korea kept asking Little Kim, why are we still at war?Assuming,for a moment,that his offer is real rather than just a giant scam I think it's much more likely that it's because Beijing said to him "you've gotta knock this $hit off,Comrade...we don't want any nuclear fallout drifting into our territory".
