Faith in America, a pro-LGBT organization which will be protesting at the annual gathering of the Southern Baptist Convention in Phoenix, Arizona, next week, recently announced that they will be lobbying for the nation's largest Protestant body to remove homosexuality and transgenderism from their "sin list."
"Ultimately, we at FIA believe LGBT people should be removed from the sin list. We know interpretations and new revelations come to light. We believe the Church will one day stop diminishing the lives of those who are LGBT and we strive to help this come to pass," the organization said in a release.
"We are optimistic people and see the glass 75% full! We appreciate and respect how the SBC has changed teachings and interpretations based on new, important information. We applaud how in 1995 the SBC issued a formal apology to People of Color for their role in the inhuman practices of slavery and segregation."

God's moral nature is absolute and unchanging. God always hates the evil and loves the good. The Bible is of supreme importance because it tells us the difference between good and evil, providing a framework on which a completely unambiguous ethic must be built.
How long before the Bible is declared a banned book, but the koooran is glorified, deified, honored and protected by laws? (already is, in some loacations.)
I grew up in a Southern Baptist church, but I don’t recall ever seeing, or even hearing of, a “sin list”.

Sin is what Yahweh says it is, not some Christian denomination that determines what is and what is not sin.

Be grateful you are living during days of God’s Grace lest you live now, not during days of Noah, of Sodom and Gomorrah or during the days of Moses and the golden Calf, who were all struck without getting yet another chance to turn away from their multiple hardened lives!

Praises to current SBC leaders for standing firm on the holy scriptures, when other pretend Christian denominations continue to fold in the eyes of man but are actually ashamed of God!
I never thought I'd live to see the day when the SBC went soft. The SBC was once the firewall against degeneracy, now I'm not so sure. Many former SBC affiliates have gone "rainbow".
