The interview was ruined by having an @sshole politician and two left wing media talking heads along with Peterson
Peterson was making fairy complex, logical points, and the others were simply spewing cliches.
Maher knows that the 63 million supporters of Pres. Trump will not stand for his assassination, whether political or physical, as Prof. Petersen implied. The rest of the panel was clueless. When the civil war would erupt, they would be shocked and defenseless.

Peterson is well worth hours of listening, and has an appropriate YouTube library for that. And his new book is very worthwhile as well.

I’m a regular viewer of Peterson on Youtube, and will admit that he’s probably the one intellectual guy who take a very complex mess, and explain it in less than 3 minutes. I would strongly recommend twenty minutes a week of his lectures or discussions.
On this Maher group (I watched the whole talk), he put them to the problem of what happens when they finally impeach Trump and assume that Trump voters won’t react. I would suggest that you’d see an entire decade of ‘bridge-burning’ by the Trump voters, with about half of the GOP in the House/Senate readily dismissed, and impeachment demanded upon the next Democratic President. It would be a very unwise thing to turn this group into a revengeful situation.
Maher calls Trump a wannabe dictator, when in reality it was Obama who used executive privilege like a dictator, and who uttered the phrases ‘we won’, and ‘Republicans can come along for the ride - but they're going to have to sit in the back of the bus’. They ignore Hillary having FBI files on political adversaries, threatening women who might derail her husbands political success - and thus hers, and all the other deceitful, unethical, and illegal escapades about which most here are aware.
It sickens me. In the end, this is driven by a narrative sold to people by the academic establishment in the US - which has been entirely co-opted. That narrative is that the groupthink that people are indoctrinated with under the guise of higher education is the only truth, and that those who don't ascribe to this groupthink are stupid, or uneducated, or bigoted, or ‘deplorables’. There is no room for those who don't embrace the groupthink, no room for those who would vote differently than the groupthink approves of, and definitely no room for those who speak with a different voice.
The Maher panel in that video exemplifies how the left lives in a separate, hermetically-sealed, propagandist universe.

Well I have tremendous respect for Jordan Peterson, but I thought he was rather weak when surrounded by all the leftists on the panel. He made absolutely no strong case to convert anyone’s thinking. Instead he probably strengthened their resolve that they are correct.
