So, if I don’t opt in, they will cancel my account?
That’s FAR easier than trying to get it done on my own.

It appears they are also tracking people who don’t even have F-book accounts.

Bad headline. They aren’t forcing anyone to do anything. Being on Facebook is voluntary last I checked.

My FB account is under a pseudonym. People in my family know who it really is. I use the name of a character out of a video game. If you look for me online, I don’t appear.

Google tracks you 10x more. Do I use GMail. Yes because it is ultra searchable. But I also use track-me-not app for windows.

“Facebook has finally responded to requests to stop tracking users for advertising. But they arent going to. Instead, Facebook is going to force all of those who continue to use their social media service to accept being tracked around the internet.”
Duh. Yeah. If you want to use their FREE service you have to allow them to collect data they can sell to advertisers. If you have a problem with that then don’t use their FREE service.
To: Enlightened1
and if you're NOT a member they'll keep tracking you anyway
