Former FBI director James Comey’s interview with George Stephanopoulos that aired on ABC on Sunday night has angered Comey’s former agents, according to The Daily Beast. Seven current or former FBI agents and officials spoke with Daily Beast during and after the interview aired.
“Hoover is spinning in his grave,” said one former FBI official. “Making money from total failure.”
Between segments, a promo aired about Comey’s upcoming interview with The View. One official didn’t like this, texting the Daily Beast, “Good lord, what a self-serving self-centered jackass. True to form he thinks he’s the smartest guy around.”

Comey should learn the lesson that when your in a hole, its best to stop digging, but I hope he is incapable of learning that. The entertainment factor is higher this way.
I know two retirees and they can’t say the word “Comey” without cursing. They hate the guy.
They were furious at Comey’s book promotion, but were they furious at the FBI leadership lies, politicization and targeting of the Trump campaign? Are the furious over Mueller’s obvious witch-hunt using “Russia” as a phony cover? Are they angry about the midnight SWATraids on Trump’s confidants, like they were drug lords or terrorists?
That’s Stasi / Gestapo / KGB type stuff. Is anyone upset with that?
Sounds like Comey is not going to win any popularity contests in upcoming months. If not in prison, the best end for him would be to live out his days, with everyone in his circles turning on him for one thing or another. The situation is borderline “heart-warming” some of us.
Everybody should realize, he’s out making as much money as he possibly can before he gets arrested, tried and sent to prison........................
If Comey is a terminated for cause former employee, why won’t these people go on record with their names?

My impression of Comey as well. I'd bet it should be everyone's impression if they put their anti-Trump hate on the back burner.
They are always furious, but I don’t see them outing the DOJ for failure to indict the Obama/Clinton cabal. When we see the take down of the FBI and the DOJ, then I may have some restoration of faith.
Commie is desperate to rehabilitate his image. Like everything else he attempted, he failed.
Is there a possible silver lining that FBI agents who were far too motivated by their politics will now be more supportive of President Trump?
Since there have been no resignations it is hard to believe that anyone in the FBI has any integrity.

I know one retiree and have a cousin that is still active, neither one had anything good to say about comey, and this was before his 'book tour'.
We said much the same about Hoover last night. Comey proved to the world what a lying little weasel he is and deserved to be fired for his lack of leadership qualities with all his mamsy pamsy “I think” and “I don’t know but...” statements. What an embarrassment. All in all, this helped Trump.
What a contrast between this giant who got picked on in school and was still hiding out behind the curtains as a grown man vs. slight Stephanopoulos. George is a bigger MAN by far.
What the heck was up with that clown outfit? All he needed was a big red squirty flower in that yellow button hole. Don’t get me started on those elf booties.

True. Some innocent FR posters said last year FBI agents are clean, decent patriots and hate the dirty cop Comey. However,
where are the leaked statements and undermining interviews from anonymous agents to fight the evil of Hillary Obama and Comey? Silence.
