1. If it was appropriate, then why didn't he just give it to the reporter himself?

2. In the original report about the memo, the reporter admitted that he didn't have a copy of any documents ... and he was relying on what Comey's friend was allegedly reading to him over the phone. Can Comey even prove that the media story was based on a real document?
