Legally the memo is government property even though Comey wrote it alone. It may be a problem for Comey if he is ever brought to justice.
Yep, If anyone in DC had the balls Comey would be frogged marched off to Jail. “I gave that unclassified memo to my friend” Highly unlikely that an honest court if it exists would side with Comey that it was unclassified. I believe Comey knew he stepped in it and after the fact and made his “friend” his personal Attorney hoping in some way it might put him on more solid ground for giving him the memo. ( If it even existed)

As are the Strzok/Page texts and emails, if they were written using government computers and cell phones. I wonder if they considered that fact when they were creating a flurry of communications. Probably they knew that, but their sheer arrogance made them believe they were above all of that. Policies are for the little people; policies don’t apply to them.
