WASHINGTON — The United States and European allies launched strikes against Syrian targets, President Trump announced on Friday, seeking to punish President Bashar al-Assad for a suspected chemical attack near Damascus that killed more than 40 people.
Mr. Trump said Britain and France had joined the United States in the strikes, which he said were underway.
“These are not the actions of a man. They are crimes of a monster instead,” Mr. Trump, in a televised nighttime address from the White House Diplomatic Room, said of the Syrian attacks last weekend that he blamed on Mr. Assad.
He said the strikes of precision weapons sought to deter the production, spread and use of chemical weapons, which he called “a vital national security interest of the United States.”

I thin though, that are biggest problems are not another country’s military.
Maybe internal terrorism, the debt, the entire left, the mueller appointed as dictator for life in regards to hounding Trump...

Not at all likely. they said they would shoot down our missiles. They did not. Loss of face in that part of the world is very hard to overcome.
If it weren’t clearly just a face saving strike of no real consequence, I’d be quite upset about it.
I can imagine how much more time I waste here if there was a such a feature! ;p

I always ask myself “What would Hilary do?”
So what would she do that would be different?
The differences for the President in being more often able to affect events internationally as opposed to domestically.
She’d side with Russia fro personal profit and gain....
