One point that people are now going to start to realize is “this all happened on Comey’s watch”. McCabe was the #2 man at FBI, and Comey had to know about this stuff even if you think he wasn’t complicit in it (which of course he was).

“Lacking candor” in this context is likely to refer to lying by omission, especially under oath. Testifying four pieces of evidence that X killed Y while declining to mention the one piece of evidence that X was in another town at the time is one example. X goes down for it and you didn’t technically “lie”.

What BS. Can't anybody speak the plain, unvarnished truth in simple language any more? He LIED! This sounds like a Comey or Clinton weasel word.
That is the FBI's term for "you're up sh*t's creek."
Lack of Candor
The Offense Codes Applicable to the FBI’s Internal Disciplinary Process punish FBI employees for “lack of candor.”
Offense Code 2.5 (Lack of Candor – No Oath) prohibits “[k]nowingly providing false information when making a verbal or written statement, not under oath, to a supervisor, another Bureau employee in an authoritative position, or another governmental agency, when the employee is questioned about his conduct or the conduct of another person.”
Offense Code 2.6 (Lack of Candor – Under Oath) prohibits “[k]nowingly providing false information in a verbal or written statement made under oath.” Under both offense codes, lack of candor is defined to include “false statements, misrepresentations, the failure to be fully forthright, or the concealment or omission of a material fact/information.”
I’m sure all of the Sessions’ shills are very proud this report. I feel so embarrassed that I felt McCabe would skate and not feel the full impact of Jeff’s justice.
