An attorney for Trump, Jay Sekulow and his senior counsel Carly Gammill appeared in a Washington D.C. federal court last week to find out when they will be receiving documents related to the Obama unmasking scandal.
The ACLJ (American Center For Law and Justice) filed a FOIA lawsuit last summer and they are just now beginning to receive documents.

There are adequate grounds for the impeachment of Mueller. It is up to the House to make this happen.
There are adequate grounds to bring charges against Mueller. This is up to Sessions. He must get off his high horse and start mucking out the stable.
There are adequate grounds for Trump to fire Mueller. He needs to bite the bullet and do it.

Sessions is not on a high horse. He is cowering in a corner waiting for all to go away. Sessions has plenty to Indict Meuller, HRC, Obama, many minions, FBI figureheads, etc...
Just charge them with something they can prove now. Doesn’t need to include all charges and ongoing matters. All would be gone and Trump will be MAGA.
Instead we have Sessions waiting for an IG Report which may never come. It will surely clear the Deep Staters. All other crimes are running out the Statute Of Limitations as planned. Clinton is still running the entire country and many are too dumb to notice. Its all excuses, all the time.
My guess is that if obtained in any other but the prescribed statutory way, it would skewer the results. Same thing with all the Hillary evidence. As it is, with all the leaking, will anybody get a valid trial? (The information age is more than a two-edged sword.)

Repeat after me: “Tomorrow, tomorrow, we get them tomorrow. Justice is a day away.” So tired of this crap. At this rate, the Dems and media will smash us in November, and some nebulous charge by Mueller will result in impeachment and removal.
Then after this two year tantrum, Democrats will suddenly talk about “healing,” as they continue their crusades to junk the Constitution and impose Californiaism on us all.
This is serious stuff, and Jeff Sessions sucks. He’s a coward and a quisling.
Political correctness has inhibited people from stating the obvious about a lot of things. In this scenario, for instance, you have representation of two destructive groups who don't like traditional America, and want to remake it in their ideological image - socialist Europeans (Samantha Power) and a specific group of secular Jewish Americans who also believe in Marx, European socialism, and even communism (Sunstein).
The idea that Obama didn’t know the outrageous things his government were doing, is spurious. He was trained and sent to do a job. A Manchurian candidate, minus the conscience.
Was she under oath? Because Michael Flynn wasn’t, but they got him anyway. How in the world...oh, never mind. Two sets of rules; how could I forget?

Wouldn’t it be AWESOME if Sessions were quietly building an airtight case? That would be the ultimate gift. I know the chances are a million to one, but that would be the CORRECT way to do it, instead of everything being tried on the internet.
That would be wonderful. He isn’t building any case. He has already said he will not investigate HRC or Obama. He is way over his head AND afraid of his own corruption coming out.

I don’t think one has to be under oath to run afoul of “lying to a Federal agent” law as long as the questioners identify themselves as Fed agents. As for Samantha Power, it was not that she was lying or telling the truth, she may very well have been telling the truth and she probably was. But the implication of her stating that someone else forged her signature on the FISA unmasking requests is absolutely damning. It’s even more damning if she *was* telling the truth in my non-lawyer opinion. But nobody at the hearing where she stated that seemed to pick up on that or assign any sort of importance to the implication.

They are afraid of a lot of somethings. I can’t imagine trying to plug the holes on the sinking ship that is the Obama legacy. Mueller and company are trying to keep themselves and all of their friends out of prison, while using the color of law to shield discovery of their misdeeds.
What an absolute blight on the office of president Obama and his whole Choom-gang have been.
