Congress can't shut the Mueller thing down anymore than they can pass a law preventing Trump from firing Mueller.
They have constitutional oversight responsibilities but they don't control the Executive Branch.

Good question. I, for one, have long believed that Mueller has criminal ties to the Clinton Crime Foundation, the Obama Regime, the crooked FBI, and other illegal activities.
It wont be long before he’s leading an investigation to being under investigation.

Why is it so hard for Rand to tweet his support of POTUS? So hard to speak up for him when Grahamnesty was threatening impeachement.
Rand is not a bystander here. He is soft peddling his support of POTUS to his own benefit. He could be engaging McConnell on the behalf of a POTUS of his own party. That is not tells you exactly what you need to know about Rand.
