Excerpt => PAUL: "He is looking at some kind of personal dealings with the Presidents lawyer. And imagine, once they get this, they have all of the information that the President has ever discussed with the attorney and they say, 'Oh, were not going to use the stuff thats attorney/client privilege.' But theyll read it. And you think once they read it it might give them ideas of other places the look. There's this concept called parallel construction. They dont actually use the information they read but they now have that information and can use it to go snooping in other areas. Really, this is a wide open the President is right, it is a witch hunt but it's a wide open thing and a mistake to ever have these special prosecutors.

Rand Paul - most honest and conservative Senator in Washington.
Instead of having 50 (at least all Repukes) or 60 Senators condemning this, there is one. All the proof we need to know who is standing with Trump and the people
And the fact that he’s supporting the Trump side in this issue is telling. Rand is not very productive due to his unwillingness to sacrifice his principles - at all - but it adds credibility when he takes a stand on a thing.
Maybe congress could shut this thing down.
To his credit, Paul stands up for what’s right on this one even though he’s had many disagreements with Trump over cabinet appointments and policy. The fact that he can put those differences aside says more for him than for most of his GOP Senate colleagues.
I knew it would be Rand Paul who spoke up first.
The raid is completely outrageous and all lawyers should be up in arms over it. Our offices and computers are like safe zones and the violation of them is wrong. If there is any lawyer around who doesn’t view this with horror, he/she is blind.
Up until yesterday, I was leaning towards the viewpoint that Trump shouldn’t fire Mueller...just wait it out and let Mueller finish since he has not, and will not, find any evidence of “collusion”. Additionally, it was Rosenstein who recommended to Trump that Comey should be fired so where’s the argument for “obstruction of justice”?
Now, with the FBI raid on Trump’s personal attorney’s office, I’m leaning toward the side that says Mueller should be fired. Sure, Trump will take political heat. The Dims and the corrupt left-wing media will say it’s another “Saturday Night Massacre” but Trump can ride it out and start running the country as he’s supposed to.
Amen!
So do something about it.
Meanwhile, Ted Cruz isn't quite ready to make a statement.
What happened to the concept of 'fruit of the poisonous tree?'
‘I knew it would be Rand Paul who spoke up first.’
Any guess as to when (ahem) arch-conservative Cruz chimes in?
Gmta.
The raid
That was a little surprising - they ASK Hillary or Dems for info which they never get but yet they raid the home of an personal attorney?
The new FBI
Ted Cruz won't say a word to help the President fight this witch hunt. Like Jeb, Cruz just can't forgive Trump for beating him in the 2016 GOP primaries.
Paul, what the hell. What have you Republicans to stop this witch hunt? Not a damn thing. The communists have this Country in a death grip. The Republicans are stupid and have no backbone. Some hate Trump.
I just tried calling both cRuz and Cornball’s offices.
Imagine my surprise when BOTH of their lines said they were unavailable to take calls, at this time. I left a message, like that matters.
If folks are on Twitter or FakeButt, NOW IS THE TIME to contact these worthless Senators and ask why the he## they aren’t lining up, along with Rand, to support POTUS and call out Mulehead and the FBLies, on this.
Agree.
+1
I’m starting to really like him.
I hope his assailant goes away for a long time.
