He is wrong. The Posse Comitatus Act says you cannot us the military for civilian law enforcement inside our borders. That does not apply to foreign invaders.
Of course some liberal judge will re-interpret that law as well. Getting hard to recognize this country anymore. Sure ain't Mayberry anymore.
A little tear gas, water hoses, or rubber bullets should work wonders. The idea is to show we are serious. No one would need to be shot unless someone on the other side endangered our border patrol or troops with their weapons. Otherwise the media would go completely berserk. I’ll bet the idiot Democrats would even call in UN “peacekeepers” (aka rapists.)
So the Baier growls POTUS-VSG should await the weasel congress creatures return for a vote before military protects US citizens??? So much for THAT! Ticket or not, NO AMERICAN citizen is wanting to hear the fact that congress critters never would think twice before surrendering the public to the harsh actions of invaders once they enter our borders.
Our President is doing them a great favor by just doing the necessary! They will not need to vote showing just how they view US and how they see the FOREIGN INVADERS AND THIEVES!
The masks will be torn from their faces if made to vote on the President’s decision.

Establish a buffer zone on the Mexican side of the border. Erect tents, provide water, and MREs. Put a barbed wire fence around the whole thing and tell them here you will be safe. The only door out is into Mexico. Per international norms Mexico is the receiving country and it is their responsibility to provide for these refugees. They don’t get to just pass them on.
