The 2016 election is over and Donald Trump is president, so why is Hillary Clinton still making public appearances and talking to crowds?
Or, as Ruth Mandel director of Rutgers Eagleton Institute of Politics, put it to Clinton Thursday at Rutgers in Piscataway, why still talk when "People say get off the stage and shut up"?
The former secretary of state's response was direct:
"They never said that to any man who was not elected."
Clinton, who lost her White House against Trump, then rattled off a list of recent presidential hopefuls whose campaigns also failed to get them to the White House, and didn't disappear afterward: Al Gore, John Kerry, John McCain and Mitt Romney.

Just keep talking, you evil turd. You make more Trump voters every time you open your Crown hole.
al gore was too busy saving us and making money
I’ve never said Hilary should shut up. I said she should DIE already! Please die Hilary. Ted Kennedy is waiting to see you in hell.
Maybe Hillary should go to Wisconsin to bitch and moan. Seems like she took them for granted during the election. I can think of several other states she blew off. If you’re going to run for President, every state matters. This country has had it’s affirmative action president, and no one is “entitled” anymore.
I get so mad when I hear the establishment dummies (both parties) say President Trump is unqualified to be President. If the presidency is reserved for politicians, we are in big trouble, folks. After eight years Obama is still unqualified to be President.
Winner!
Terrific tag line.
It’s from Ronald Reagan.
