A Seaside man accused of raping a girl younger than 14 was taken to a detention center in Tacoma, Washington, after immigration officials determined he had twice been deported to Guatemala.
Lopez-Fabian posted bail and was released. But U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement later detained him in a courthouse parking lot as he arrived for a hearing.
He is now at a detention center in Tacoma, Washington.

Trump needs to consider extending life in prison or the death penalty to these “repeat offenders,” as they represent a clear and present danger to our lawful citizens. Frankly, if they won’t stay out after being removed, I’d vote for just executing them. We don’t need to financial burden of “caring for them” in our prisons. Make rape of a minor under say 14 a capital offense, because it is!
