Giddy Up – DOJ Admits They Have a Grand Jury Empaneled in FBI and DOJ Investigation…
Conservative Treehouse ^

Posted on 03/22/2018 7:43:47 PM PDT by Bigtigermike

Today chairman Bob Goodlatte sends a formal subpoena to the DOJ (Inspector General Michael Horowitz) for documents regarding the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server, potential abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, and the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility recommendation to fire former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

However, it’s not the subpoena that should make the news. Pay close attention to the DOJ response:

Chad Pergram @ChadPergram

DoJ on Hse Judiciary Cmte's subpoenas: We are individually reviewing the remaining documents to ensure that they do not include grand jury information, information about ongoing law enforcement actions involving American citizens, or privileged attorney-client communications.

Oh, what’s that? Yes, the DOJ has to review the demand for evidence because release of those documents might conflict with ongoing Grand Jury information (evidence). Yes, that means a Grand Jury is impaneled, exactly as we expected.

Yes, that also means there are “law enforcement actions” currently ongoing as a result of the prosecutor assigned to reviewing the evidence discovered by Inspector General Horowitz.

Are there still those who doubt?

>>How does Sessions keep it from Rosenstein, who is a Black Hat? Rosenstein is tied to the hip with Hillary and Mueller. I call BS for this reason...<<

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I watched 100% of Rosenstein’s testimony in Congress, and came away FIRMLY CONVINCED he is a white hat. Same for Wray, BTW.

Are you aware that both Rosenstein and Wray have made donations to Republicans that are far larger than the piddling ones made to Rats by certain members of the Mueller team? Hmmm.

I think we’ll know pretty soon.

That is what is called an opinion.

It is not evidence of anything.

The deep state are disgusting low-life pedophiles. This includes Hillary.

Trump opposes pedophilia. I also oppose it, more than almost anything else that has ever existed.

If you don’t, you should stop everything you’re doing and take a second look at your relationship to the world.

Emphatically not. There is a fundamental difference between Trump playing the press and Trump wholesale lying about a cabinet member. Trump’s history of playing the press is famous and well documented. It’s five-star entertainment to see him in action; he has it down to a fine art.

Trump’s media misdirection never, ever involves serial lies. He has worked long and hard to cement his reputation as a straight-shooter who says what he means and means what he says. There is zero evidence that his harsh, stinging criticisms of Sessions have all been an act. *That* is where the subjective opinion comes in: when people insist that the traditionally honest Trump has suddenly taken to saying the opposite of what he means.

Trump floated the idea of firing Sessions. The Senate got its collective underwear in a wad. They threatened Trump with “____ hell,” and even Grassley got into the act, vowing straight up that the Senate would never approve a replacement.

Mueller has been dishonest, dirty and Leftist for decades. Rosenstein participated in a felony, the purpose of which was to illegally throw the election to Hillary.

Sessions is the sole reason Mueller and Rosenstein are actively, as I post, destroying the Trump presidency. Jeff’s treachery will go down in the history books as unprecedented. He is a snake in the grass.

This goes beyond insanity into literal psychosis. Noting that both Rosenstein and Mueller are Deep State, and that Sessions is the sole reason that Rosenstein and Mueller wield such destructive power over Trump, cannot by any sane human being be construed as supporting paedophilia.

Smh.

The proof will be in the outcome of the pudding.

Not by a bystander's measure of how they think it's doing in the oven.

The Deep State coup against President Trump was planned long before he actually won. But the only way it could work was with Sessions’ full and active cooperation.

All the details are in this article. It will make your blood boil.

No, the truth is in President Trump’s own words. Go back and read every single thing he’s said about Sessions since the treacherous recusal. It will make your hair stand on end.

Like I said before, if everything Trump said about Sessions were the "truth" as you claim, Sessions would have been gone last spring.

Which is exactly why Sessions still has his job.

Trump has stuck with him all this time for a good reason.

Things are not always what they appear at first blush with Trump.

In an apparent "tell" of what is to come, Trump has redone his legal team. He is getting ready for the IG report to come out and needs Sekulow & diGenova to direct traffic.

There are already sealed indictments and there will be new indictments sought via the grand jury the DOJ prosecutor has already empaneled.

None of us will know for certain until it happens, but that is my take.

‘Sessions would have been gone last spring.

I addressed this painfully simplistic ‘argument,’ in a prior post. Are your assumptions so inviolate that you cannot bear even to superficially read an alternate POV?

I don’t think it is any coincidence that DJT named his book The art of the deal. Much like The art of war. Here is one quote:

All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder, and crush him.
– Sun Tzu, the Art of War

DJT has fired many of his staff, but I don’t recall a single time that he first sent out mean tweets, or went to the press. No, he instead fires them and then tweets out nice things about them. Also, when there is someone he wants to defeat, and can’t fire, like you are claiming, he gives them a deadly nickname. Li’l Rubio, Crooked Hillary. What nickname has he given Sessions?

One more thing, at his rallies he made it very clear that war is about deception, calling out Obama for giving the date he was going to pull out troops, and then he said, ok, he is trying to fool them, but then he pulled them out on that date anyway!

The deep state is not just tax and spend democrats.

It’s human traffickers who drink the blood of their human sacrifices and worship satan.

They have control of the CIA and the media.

This is what Trump is up against. It’s way beyond political.

And ultimately they will not prevail over Trump because they cannot overcome the power of the US Military, led by the Marines.

So you really didn’t read my prior post.

If you’re not reading what I write, how is my answering your latest not a waste of time?

I like the way, after word broke that Trump calls Sessions, “Mr. Magoo,” Trump denied it. After all, Trump wouldn’t want to undercut his own AG with a belittling nickname, would he?

Oh wait—Trump never denied it. ‘Search Sessions Magoo,’ and you get beaucoup hits.

All the more reason Sessions should not have placed Trump at the mercy of Deep Staters Rosenstein and Mueller.

I can’t seem to find any tweet of DJT on this, or any video of him actually saying it. Are you saying that The Young Turks, CNN, MSNBC are now believable. Good grief.

‘President Trump refers to Attorney General Jeff Sessions as “Mr. Magoo” behind closed doors, according to a report Wednesday.

Trump’s nickname for his attorney general is a cartoon character created in the late ’40s who is a wealth, short man who gets into comical situations due to his extreme near-sightedness.

Trump and Sessions have had a turbulent relationship since he recused himself from the Russian investigation last March.’
