Trump was fuming Tuesday night, asking his allies and outside advisers who they thought had leaked the information, noting that only a small group of staffers have access to those materials and would have known what guidance was included for the Putin call, the source said.

According to the source, the incident resurfaces his long-held belief there are individuals inside his administration -- especially in the national security realm -- who are actively working to undermine him.

OMG....here's their source on this story:

"a source familiar with the President's thinking said."

Not a source who was there. Not a source who heard anything. A source familiar with the President's thinking. Right.

I’ll wait for a reliable news source before commenting instead of the DUNN.

Oh and bye the way.

“President Obama called Russian President-elect and Prime Minister Putin to congratulate him on his recent victory in the Russian Presidential election...”

Private conversations between POTUS and his National Security Advisors? It should be easy to find out everyone who overheard the conversations and locate and remove the leaker.

Let’s say we accept this at face value (I know, I know... CNN) but let’s go with it fro a moment. A real danger of leaks is that the President becomes distrustful of his closest advisors. And in those circumstances, he might start to isolate himself from seeking counsel of others. And that means his decision making is hampered. So a small minded weasel can put some leak out there and smugly smile to himself “oooh, I got him good with that one!” all the while potentially making the nation less safe. They should be found and prosecuted to the fullest possible extent. One would do it I think. Maybe Comey, he admitted it. But jail time, no plea deal.

If one of those “Security Advisers” didn’t leak it, out of having a snit because POTUS did as he pleased; who did then. At least one head should roll from that bunch.

I don’t think anyone “instructs” the president. He takes recommendations.

It is clearly an accepted principle of the recognized Law Of Nations, that they should not be meddling in one another's elections. CNN are totally confused if they believe that that in any way requires normal courtesies between National leaders. It does not.

The real problem, here, is not with our President talking to foreign heads of State. It is that people in the Academic/Media complex, which directs the Left, believe that virtue consists in the supercilious raised eyebrow approach that was applied by faculties, in their undergraduate days, to undermine whatever their parents had taught them, which did not fit the Collectivist Egalitarian cant, which passes for "thought" in Leftist Academia.

Did POTUS Trump tell Putin he would be more flexible in reducing our Nuclear Deterrent Capability?

It’s so destructive to our society when the media is so crooked that one cannot tell if an event they describe really happened or not. Personally, I see no reason why President Trump couldn’t extend a simply courtesy to Putin.

If it is true that he was advised against it, and the security briefing was leaked to the press, the leaker needs to be outed and canned — and possibly charged.

when you have eliminated the obvious and the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth
