Round Rock is in Williamson County where most conservatives wind up when they are tired of the liberal stench of Austin. It is also where thousands of foreigners (i.e. Yankees) moved to Texas while searching for work during the Obama Depression.
Smart criminals stay out of Williamson County because their cops play for keeps, unlike Sanctuary City Austin where they typically slap a wrist and let them go. Williamson County cops have been known to bend a few laws and worry about the consequences later.
There's a swath of land located between the Austin City Limits and the Williamson County line which is still Travis County and this is where all the strip clubs are located.
Round Rock's population is now well over 100,000 on its own.

exactly. You can disabled location services on your phone, which will prevent your location being tracked on the device, but the phones location is ALWAYS known to the network/carrier.
