WaPo/Laura Ingraham reporting ...........
Yes, I remember 30 years ago the govt workers claimed that altho they had great benefits - better health care and did not need to participate in Soc. Sec. and pensions, their salaries were lower than private sector.
Then the thinking turned...”Well we need the best people in government, so we need to pay top dollar...”
I think the average taxpayer has been taken for some ride over the years as we certainly have not gotten the best people as the Swamp draining has certainly shown.
He’s too much of a coward to take people down with him...
Bernie Kerik, on with Ed Henry, just expressed dismay over how polit iCal McCabes statement re his firing was.
He was obviously upset about the FBI trying to take out (his term) a duly elected POTUS!
WOW!!
*************************************************
McCabe carefully doesnt point out that it was NOT Trump that fired him, it was, in effect, the FBI itself. The FBIs Office of Professional Responsibility (the FBIs Internal Affairs Office) recommended the firing and Sessions approved it.
I'm singing, "He's gotta get out of this place".
No, just the ability to retire with some pension. The longer you work, the bigger the pension. Since he didn’t make age 50 with 20 years he gets nothing.
Let him testify, then put him in prison and take the pension away from him....Because as we all now know, it's OK for the government to lie to you.
Nice try. Eat your peas.

She is great. Has done a great job. Your comment was just ridiculously stupid. Nuff said.
Strzok and Page, soon followed by Rosenstein.
Good Question. Sessions knows.
Anti-Sessions FReepers not so much.
Breitbart is saying that McCabe MAY lose his pension. Not definite.
Do you really think that keeping his pension is the gut issue hes facing? Get serious, hes facing certain prosecution and maybe be heading to jail, the loss of a $55k a year pension is not whats gonna keep him up nights.
>><<
I did not say that. I know losing his pension is the least of his worries. You quoted another poster. This is what I said in response:
“Good thinking. Sing for your pension.
Hmmm when you used to praise Helen Thomas for her reporting you never mentioned anything about her looks.
Don’t fall for it. He only did this one thing to get you off his back. He’s fishing again. Wanting you to take the bait.
FU McCabe.
Except that 20 years service is required for the max, I believe. He is not so far officially accused of doing anything to jeopardize his pension. He would have to be convicted under 5 US Code 8312:

Minor little detail!
Just like failing to mention that his wife received a campaign contribution from the Clintons!
I agree with this sentiment.
In order for Sessions to do what he did today, it was vital that he appear to the world as “pure as the driven snow”. Hence the recusal and all the collective insults he has received here.
He now is in the perfect position to take action (well supported by other investigations) and the left will have trouble now with their (coming) claim that Session is just a puppet for Trump.
Jeff, keep up the good work, you have taken sides and it is about time.
It was a huge step for sessions to make, considering it is making the headlines all weekend and then some... and the fact sessions recused himself maybe gave him an out to fire the guy..
BUT... if he had not fired him before Sunday, sessions probably knew he’d be the one fired!
I think he/she/it has issues with women PERIOD
A gentleman he is not—Yoda
Then he must know something, like all the details of the attempted coup? Why else make a remark like that? And - his visit today to the FBI HR was probably filled with similar threats.
So I say out with it Mr McCabe - let the sinking begin.
