Wait - he’s a BLM terrorist hero.
This is the kind of decisions you get from people who think up is down and don’t even know the difference between a boy and a girl.
That’s why insane asylum NY is releasing him.
This is from the NY Post. The NY Times will probably tell us what a “forward thinking” decision this was.
Even former Parole Board Chairman Bob Dennison, who now advocates for inmates, denounced the decision.
Im shocked. A cop killer like this should never be released. This was a cold-blooded killing of a uniformed officer, said Dennison, who headed the panel from 2004 to 2007.
Dennison acknowledged that the now-elderly killer has a lower likelihood of recidivism due to his advanced age, but said some crimes particularly the brutal murder of a police officer are so beyond the pale that the convict should never be released.
Why not let (Son of Sam killer) David Berkowitz out? Why not let (John Lennons killer) Mark David Chapman out? he said.
This was a bad decision by the Parole Board.

Heres how an NYPD cop killer got parole

Cop-killer Herman Bell was granted parole after finally admitting that he isnt a political prisoner just a murderer, according to the Parole Boards decision.
There was nothing political about the act, as much as I thought at the time. It was murder and horribly wrong, Bell is quoted as saying in a report released Wednesday.
It was horrible, something that I did, and feel great remorse for having done it.
A majority of the board members voted to free the now 70-year-old Bell one of three Black Revolutionary Army thugs who executed Officers Joseph Piagentini and Waverly Jones in 1971 after also taking into consideration his low likelihood of re-offending, age and time behind bars.
Said consideration has led the majority of this panel to concur that your release is not incompatible with the welfare of society and further believes you can live a law-abiding life, the board wrote.
This was the eighth time Bell had gone before the board since 2004.
Bell had maintained for decades that he was a political prisoner who was framed and only admitted to the cold-blooded slaughter of the two cops in 2012.
But this time, the panel bought his newfound remorse.
Throughout the interview, the panel noted your regard for the pain and suffering you caused the family of the victims. You repeatedly expressed your regret and remorse for your crimes, and asked for forgiveness. Your admission denoted maturation and insight, the board wrote.
Bell will be released April 17, according to the report.
when one human being takes the innocent life of another, they forfeit their own life as punishment. It is immoral, obscene and repulsive to allow someone to murder another and then walk around experiencing life they denied the innocent.
The newer kind — and perhaps this fellow has joined them — kills bodies less, but kills souls more.
A society that didn’t care about a school shooter on the way, sure isn’t going to care about a low rumbling hate campaign.

Whose flute?
A nice funeral dirge for an ever more wicked society.
That noted, killings of non police people have seen far smaller sanctions than this. When our security leans more and more on an elite corps, we are in bigger trouble. It’s the 2A decay problem.

I am agree this guy should not be paroled, ever. And its highly likely that his words are his latest performance art.
Think about this: hes more repentant then Bill and Hillary Clinton have ever been.
Skin flute?
#12. The “skin flute”. He probably played the whole orchestra or he threatened to kill them if he couldn’t.
Gee, now any killer can “admit” that what they did was not political, was wrong, and hurt people, and get out.
That’s what you get with a Mafia-like governor (he still might one day be exposed as mafia-affiliated); an “uber ambitious” State’s Attorney General - Schneiderman; and a commie such as De Blasio for mayor.
THe only thing that is going to save some of New York’s soul is to bring back the death penalty (and I have three nominees in mind for it right now).
The death penalty would have prevented this moral abomination. Hopefully this it will be dispatched quickly on the street by a similar it ... hopefully. Hopefully this it will soon be dead ... notwithstanding its ability to play the flute.
Thanks MarvinStinson.
Don’t forget about “free(ing) Mumia”, I mean Wesley.
