So we are left with Chlorine gas that was manufactured by ISIS and used in Syria and over 80m times in Mosul IRAQ!! General Mattis has absolutely admitted the chlorine was ISIS and there is no proof it was Syria!! What the hell is going on? This is dangerous!!
