Adult film star Stormy Daniels sued Donald Trump Tuesday, alleging that he never signed the nondisclosure agreement that his lawyer had arranged with her.
The civil suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by NBC News, alleges that her agreement not to disclose her "intimate" relationship with Trump is not valid because while both Daniels and Trump's attorney Michael Cohen signed it, Trump never did.

She was escorted to the hotel room by agents of the state.
It was workplace sexual harassment (dropping trou and ordering her to “kiss it” is at least on par with Harvey Weinstein masturbating in a restaurant hallway or asking a woman to watch him shower).

Not yet. I think they want to get him on record though as either affirming or denying the affair. That way he either betrayed his wife or he lies about it under oath.

This was nearly 13 years ago. Trump was 58 years old then and had NO presidential aspirations. How does that affect now? In my opinion IT DOESN'T.

Agree. Though it would be trivial in the overall scheme of things, it would seem as a matter of equity that her $130K should be returned. But the law does not enforce itself.
I can imagine people with “real money” have told her that she can do much better. At the same time her lawyer is telling her that she will immediately be in debt to the tune of $130K, with only promises in her hand. In my opinion, she is attempting to force a mistake by the Trump team, Trump, or his lawyers, by which she can keep the money, and go for more.
Of course this is all dependent upon whether or not what she says is true, or is provable.

Without witnesses, all that she is holding is an unsigned document; many notables would rather settle, regardless of the allegations,
than get embroiled in costly litigation.
It seems that she is trying again to cash in on money and notoriety.
Attention and MONEY seeking, as she is getting paid for this and associated appearances and interviews.
I was able to accept all the crap thrown at Trump in 2016 because I’ve move on from being a social conservative.
My understanding is that the Prez cannot be sued... Of course, this action is brought in LA Superior court - a third world country. Quien sabe?
