House doesn’t look great in that pic, bad color paint...That neighborhood though is pretty incredible. Lots of movie stars, entertainment executives...huge 100 year old houses, giant lawns, great architecture. I doubt Amazon will be coming to Newark NJ (one of the sites in contention); their foreign population is lower caste (not Asians), and many of the Americans there are unemployable. On top of that, plenty of qualified Americans in the surrounding area avoid working in Newark.
