President Obama deserves his legacy to be freed from the overhanging speculation of corrupt practices that some in the conservative press have alleged. Appointing a "Special Counsel" would allow him the comfort of knowing that the truth will come out.
Yes, there is a fair amount of smoke around Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie but that does not implicate President Obama. Yes, James Comey and the FBI did provide unverified information to the FISA court while seeking a warrant in violation of protocol but this again doesn't prove President Obama knew of these tactics. Yes, the DNC paid for the dossier and collaborated with foreign nationals to impact the recent presidential election but again there is no proof that President Obama knew. Yes, Uranium One sale did occur under his watch while the Clinton Foundation took in over 100 million in donations from friendly Russians.
Too many newspapers and online websites are full of speculation that the 44th President helped orchestrate a plan to weaken and impair the incoming administration. These testimonies need a counterbalance that can only be achieved by an investigation run by a "Special Counsel" outside of the DOJ.
In the same manner that President Trump and his administration are being forensically evaluated, President Obama and his administration deserve the same opportunity to clear their reputations. No less than a full and fair investigation run outside of the DOJ with the ability to interview all of the previous actors in the last administration, under oath, will be acceptable as history wishes to view President Obama in the appropriate light.
History deserves to know the truth about President Obama and he would support clearing his good name.

I would hate to think that a southern gentleman would block the ability of our first black President to clear his name.
Remove any and all refference of obama from United States History as if he did not exist.
Appoint a Special Counsel and clear Obama’s place in Ft. Leavenworth.
Personally I think we should execute him and then apply due process....
We need a Really Special Council to investigate the Kenyanesian Usurpation.

It’s a tough call. If Rosenstein is actual Attorney General, and it appears he is, who knows what deep state critter he’d appoint? It could be even worse than Mueller.
