We the People call upon Congress to apply immigration priority to the South African Farmers facing systematic land confiscation and murder by their own government. These government sanctioned land confiscations / murders are race related (See here - https://tinyurl.com/y7mfmhco ) and our governments responsibility to act by UN law ( See here - https://tinyurl.com/ya5fn63p ) Must not be ignored.
White South African Farmers facing genocide in their home land should be given priority as they not only face extinction in their homelands but also stand as a primary example of the kind of immigrants we would want here in our own country as they speak English and share a common ancestry and way of life as our own.
Please give precedent to this issue and save the South Africans from this atrocity

That petition was at:

good idea, it would be great to see a ground swell. Maybe they need to tell people that they will vote Democratic, and then they will let them in.
Mandella was such a great leader./s
This will not end well for anyone in South Africa. In a decade or so, it will look a lot like Zimbabwe or Venezuela. In a few years people will be starving in a once thriving country. I wonder how long before international aid is needed. History is once again going to repeat itself. It’s sad, very sad.
Signed it yesterday.
The leftists will praise South Africa as a model, even when mass starvation starts. They are so predictable.
Signed, thank you!
Thanks for posting this.
I signed and confirmed my signature.
The UN is an NGO. It doesn't make laws and certainly not laws that control the conduct of the United States.
I Tweeted (for whatever that’s worth) President Tump about giving them refugee status.
You can do the same at: https://twitter.com/realdonaldtrump
Isnt this apartheid in reverse? When will the boycotts begin?
What a mess. The right thing to do is to welcome the farmers here before they get butchered but you know what will be the MSM rallying cry will be and Romney will probably be right there with them.
Remember how so many had said, “never again”, after what happened to Jews in Nazi Germany and countries occupied by Germany during World War II?????
This reminds me of that. Before the Holocaust and gas chambers were established, Jews lost legal rights in Germany. They were banned from various occupations. They lost their citizenship rights. All of this paved the way for the Holocaust.
Here in South Africa, we see a legislative body, vote to take white owned property, because, just because blacks feel like it. There is no due process. Legally speaking, whites in South Africa are being treated as Jews in Germany were. Things are being done through the legislative process to deny rights to whites.
What about that “never again” saying? Will the world stand idly by as this happens??
Much of the world was supportive of the end of apartheid in South Africa. Will the world stand by as a new form of apartheid takes hold, but this time, with whites being the marginalized discriminated against group?
Signed.
Fighting apartheid is just so 1980s, dont you know. Besides, acknowledging this would be to accept the concept of unintended consequences. The left is immune to this because they meant well and they cared!
Thanks bkopto.
The leftist push-back against this immigration effort will call these Boers racists and why would the US want to import racists?
Meanwhile, the left promotes importing Syrian and Somalian muslim racists. But that doesn’t matter to them.
Its not about racism nor has it ever been. Its all about the votes.
OK so while I do not agree at all with what the South African government is proposing, why is it our job to take these refugees in?
There is a “piepline” for SA temporary farm labor that US farms have used. Given the circumstances the need would be to make it a permanent labor pipeline instead of temporary. Refugee status is one way.
From 2016-Montana farmers turn to South Africa to fill labor gap.
USA Farm Labor Inc out of North Carolina is a company that helps these farms get needed labor from places like South Africa.
