By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including chapter 47 of title 10, United States Code (Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. 801-946), and in order to prescribe amendments to the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, prescribed by Executive Order 12473 of April 13, 1984, as amended, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Did some more reading - sounds like they are trying to standardize sentencing (which honestly was all over the place for the same charges depending on the trial) and improve public availability of trials once completed. Those are some of what I read anyway.

I could swear that I read that even after Obola's commuting of Bradley Manning's sentence he was still considered to be "active duty".If,by chance,that's true today aren't there charges that his CO (or "convening authority") can bring against him for his filthy statements disparaging the Armed Forces?End McCain?
