Trump was responding to comments from Vice President Pence that families and local law enforcement should have more tools to report potentially dangerous individuals with weapons.
“Allow due process so no one’s rights are trampled, but the ability to go to court, obtain an order and then collect not only the firearms but any weapons,” Pence said.
“Or, Mike, take the firearms first, and then go to court,” Trump responded.

He played the game well over DACA, this is not playing the game well.
Trump has been put in an impossible situation by the nonstop propaganda from the MSM. They have literally blamed him, the NRA, and Republicans for the shooting. Obama was never blamed for any of the mass shootings that happened during this term.
The media will blame him, the NRA, the 2nd Amendment and Republicans after every shooting in this country, no matter what he does or says.

Effective how? We still have DACA with no end in sight and I haven’t seen one brick laid on the wall. Oh and there was the offer to triple the amount of DACA recipients and give them citizenship.

Agreed. I notice how when articles like this are put up, concerning Trump dealing with one contentious issue or another and he makes one comment about it or another, people come here to yell and shout alleging he’s caved bigly when it turns out he hasn’t. Sometimes this site does not seem to be as well policed as it should concerning stuff like that.
