The Department of Justice is looking into whether Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf obstructed justice by warning Northern California residents of an impending raid by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The agency’s acting director, Thomas Homan, told “Fox & Friends” Wednesday morning that the DOJ is “reviewing” whether Schaaf broke any laws by telling her constituents ICE would be raiding the area in order to arrest people violating federal immigration laws.

I told the young man that answered I was very disappointed with the mayors new discriminatory policy. He said “oh which one?”
I said that “she is warning illegal immigrants they could be arrested! why discriminate against the drug dealers, drunk drivers, rapists and bank robbers. shouldn’t they be warned too!” He hung up on me LoL.

Being removed from office, either by The People, or stepping down/retiring, *magically* wipes the slate clean of any illegality.

Not only are these people p[roud to support sanctuary they violate the law openly daring Trump to do something. So far all Trump has done in Cal is arrest few hundred illegals.

Oakland is, itself, an “obstruction of justice”, a Marxist shithole and has been for many decades.
This mayor should be prosecuted, convicted and jailed, by a sane jury (which you are not going to get in Oakland), to serve as a lesson to the rest of the red cities, there’s a new Sheriff in town and he’s not taking prisoners.
