I took this as a threat, as did many others on Twitter. Reported to Secret Service, FBI, DOJ etc.
Not sure how to post properly (after all these years) but here goes

As rough as this is, it’s rhetoric. Classic case thereof.
He’s saying, if you read carefully and don’t jump at any one thing, that leaking against Jared is coming from the White House itself, therefore, he needs to start watching his back.
Bad that he mentioned Jared’s Kevlar vest, but his point is made in HOW he mentions it. He’s making the point, rhetorically, that he’s being backstabbed by somebody in the admin...
He’s not threatening to shoot him in the back, he’s saying with an ugly, sarcastic twist, watch out, Jared, your enemies are within...
I can’t stand Podesta.
This isn’t about what a sleazebag he is.
I take it to mean podesta’s - and why are we discussing this asshole outside of Gitmo?! - telling him to expect backstabbing, trying to demoralize and mock him for wearing that kevlar/khaki/polo/blazer getup that day.

With the amount of hysterical twisting of President Trumps words over the past year, I think Podesta should be called out on this, and investigated too.
