Monday on Fox News Channels Fox & Friends, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi said members of the Broward County Sheriffs Department were not honest about why more deputies reportedly failed to enter the building and engage with the shooter at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
Bondi said, I know a lot more than you all do now, so all Im going to say is, yes, I believe there needs to be a full investigation. I dont think some people were honest and were going to investigate this situation in Florida, and the right thing will be done. Steve Doocy asked, Was there a stand-down order?
Bondi replied, I cant talk about that.
When asked if there was more than one officer at the school who did not enter, Bondi said,Thats what we are hearing, and I can tell you I believe some folks in that department were not honest with me, nor were they honest with the governor. So there is going to be a full investigation into what really went on. Right now what Im focused on is working with these students and going forward.

She knows. She's in the same fraternity. A fairly common "shocked, shicked to find out there is gambling here" remark, from an elected politician. She's term limited out of the November 2018 election.
"So there is going to be a full investigation into what really went on."
LIE.
Proof it's a lie ?
" Right now what Im focused on is working with these students and going forward (can't we just MOVE-ON?).
“I can’t talk about that.” Pretty much sums it up...
“......a bunch of lying, cowardly, incompetent people down there in Broward County.”.
Thus the need for a full investigation. The outcome is based solely on WHO does the investigating.
Somewhere along the line the corvette was guilty of something and it became the DARE officials car. A two year conviction for embezzlement later the car disappeared from where it normally sat when not being used. Dont know if we sold it or not.
“In 2013, Sheriff Israel entered a collaborative sanctuary agreement with other county officials and the Broward County school board to not arrest or prosecute juvenile delinquents in order to lower the stats of minorities incarcerated and meet federal quotas by which they received additional federal funding.”
Yes, this agreement needs to be read in detail by everyone in Coward County. FL. Because it really did lead to the 17 deaths. And by extension, since the Sheriff, the School Board, the School Superintendent, and state law enforcement officials who essentially “colluded” to produce this agreement were elected by the parents whose children died at Parkland, the parents actually are culpable in their children’s deaths! The only group that escapes that tag is the FBI, who, for the life of me has become a worthless politicized fake law enforcement agency that needs to be completely rebuilt or abandoned.
“Unlike Israel, Runcies been wise and not made a spectacle of himself. Indeed, the school district has a great deal of culpability in all this; they have much to hide.”
A typical Black trait, laying low! He’s hoping he doesn’t have to go looking for another school district to bring down, unlike the sheriff who will shortly be down at the unemployment office.
And lookie here, he’s just gotten hisself a new contract:
Broward Superintendent Robert Runcie will get a $28,000 raise and additional benefits under a contract approved by the School Board on Tuesday.
The deal brings Runcies salary to $335,000 and extends his employment through June 30, 2023.
Under the new contract, Runcie would:
— Be able to trade in 15 of his 29 vacation days for a cash value of $20,500.
— Get $48,000 contributed annually from the school board for retirement plans
— Be allowed to earn a pension based on four years of his service in Chicago, estimated to cost to the district another $80,000.
Will she run for Governor?
Good points.
The worst kind.
___________
Yep.
When my husband worked for a large organization, he was reviewing paperwork for one of his subordinates. Things seemed fishy so he looked deeper. Turns out the guy was purchasing items supposedly for the company, but it was stuff the company didn’t need or have.
They found out he had his own business on the side and was selling the items there.
DH turned him over to the FBI. Guy went to jail.
Apparently there are many creative ways to cook the books to feather your own nest. I hope there is a crew of forensic accountants already going through Israel’s finances and the county’s finances with a fine-toothed comb.
When the sheets are pulled off Sheriff Israel will be finally be forced to accept responsibility and I predict will be forced to resign. Even with our current facts, the man is inept and failed to protect the community over the many months they have had opportunities.
___________
I don't think she's quite in the same fraternity as Israel.
From the very first day Israel made a speech to reporters outside, she was right at his side looking very upset about the way he was LYING.
You say she is term limited to quit in November 2018......... I say she spills the beans on Israel and the rest of the bums pretty damn soon.

......... as always.
Thanks for the realtime story——that particular MO is very popular.
Broward PD’s budget leaves plenty of room for fraud.
How about announcing a multi-million dollar “Protect The Children” program......tax dollars go into the program.....most of them land offshore in numbered accounts.
It’s very easy for these greedsters to create “vouchers” that appear to be legit but in actuality skim off tax dollars for themselves.
The only group that escapes that tag is the FBI, who, for the life of me has become a worthless politicized fake law enforcement agency that needs to be completely rebuilt or abandoned.
________
Yes.
There should be lawsuits forever in Coward County.
__________
Sick numbers.
...... agreed.
Certainly not in the same class. He's pure scum. Bondi (and Governor Scott) are, in my opinion, "just okay." Being better than Sheriff Israel is a very low bar, and they clear that with ease ;-)
Scott didn't cover himself with glory in appointing Angela Corey to persecute George Zimmerman - but I understand that politicians have to tread carefully amongst each other, so the good guys are routinely making crappy compromises.
