More like, evil triumphs when lazy obese cops take a cushy position with free housing and never expect to do any work or confront any danger, while biding time for their 6-figure pension.
The truth is, these students would have been better protected by a young, sincere security guard making minimum wage for a private company, not to mention if multiple teachers could have been armed.
This school was abandoned by the sheriff’s office when it counted the most.
