911 records show the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBCSO) was reportedly told in November 2017 that Nickolas Cruz allegedly put a gun to someone’s head.
CNN reports that the day after Thanksgiving 2017, PBCSO was called and told that Cruz had allegedly hidden a gun in the backyard of a family with which he was staying. Deputies conducted a search, then wrote up the incident as “domestic unfounded.”
PBCSO was called four days later with a report that Cruz had allegedly “lashed out against the family that took him in.” Deputies found Cruz at a local park and spoke with him. He told them he was upset because he had lost a photo of his late mother. But the family with which he was staying claimed he had just bought a gun and they believed he was coming back to use it against them.
During the second 911 call, the dispatcher was told that Cruz was buying “tons of ammo” and had allegedly put “put [a] gun to others heads in the past.”

this scheme as described to subvert the law is criminal in intent and practice. It needs to be fully exposed and action taken to punish the law enforcement officers, school board members and school administrators who conspired to commit a heinous crime against the teachers and students of the district. Shame, shame!!!
Yes we can blame the Sheriff. 30+ visits to the kids house. They knew but didn’t act.
And we think we can vet people coming here from other countries...we can’t even vet our own people.

The Sheriff’s Office and the FBI in this case are operating and acting in a manner quite similar to the way the Sheriff and the FBI acted in the Vegas shooting. Who is controlling whom? Who is calling the shots?
In both cases, severe incompetence has been openly made public...which leads you to believe logically that the big concern here is not covering up incompetence. So what exactly ARE they doing? They’re not even attempting to build public confidence...that’s for certain.

I’m thinking it must be. It was reported his mother passed away in November and this took place at Thanksgiving. The woman trying to collect is the first person he stayed with after mom died.
And nobody considered Baker Acting this psycho? Stevie Wonder blindfolded could’ve seen all the signs.
I think the law will keep her from “collecting” in total. But, she can collect a healthy fee for administering the estate, and perhaps for costs incurred for the brothers. It will have to be court approved, because the estate will probably go through probate. (It’s unlikely that Mom set up a living trust that passes directly to the kids, and maybe neither of them were adults, anyway. So the court will be involved. And now, there’s publicity.)

The “fail” here is the stuff of legend.
The problem is
The Broward County, Florida, School District, The Broward County Sheriff, and his entire police Department, the Broward County Social Services and the Obama/Clinton tainted, failed FBI....all have the blood & deaths, of innocent children dripping from their Democrat, liberal progressive hands.
Sadly, the parents, residents, and voters in both Palm Beach, County & Broward County, Florida are smiling with glee, that Democrat, Criminal, Congresswoman, Debbie Wassermann Schultz is their leader of the pack!!! Both Saddening and Sickening!!!
Well...you get what you vote for...it takes a community of Democrat Party, politically incompetent administrators to kill off seventeen innocent children and injuring many others. The voters that put these misfit low life Democrats in office, should hang their hangs in shame.
I could care less about all of them...but I cry every day for these beautiful lost forever children. Yes, Americans elections do matter. The entire Democrat Party must be politically destroyed come November, 2018!!! Case closed!!!
Even if he had been convicted of a misdemeanor it wouldn’t have been enough to disqualify from buying the gun. If the family he was living with had prosecuted for domestic violence, on the other hand, that would have been. So not only the fault of law enforcement by a long shot.
Some of Nikolai’s offenses went beyond misdemeanors:
Assault his brother.
Assault his mother.
Assault neighbors.
Stealing US mail.
Trespassing
Vandalism
Voyeurism
Cruelty to animals
Destruction of private property
Throwing rocks at moving cars
Threatening to kill other people
Cruz’s name gave him minority status in the BCS system. Absolutely.
Unofficially, most schools had two separate codes of conduct: the official one for those considered of the Caucasian Persuasion and the other lenient policy which was officially accepted in 2013.
If Cruz was arrested, then that would count against the number of "minority arrests", a number the school system was mandated to decrease under the Obama Administration. So, yes.
Three sets of rules: the official one, the one for "protected classes", and a zero-tolerance one for white males (necessary in order to ensure that the statistic of minority offenses is not greater than the statistic for whites).
