David Kramer, an associate of Senator John McCain, invoked his Fifth Amendment right to not testify to Congress in connection to his role in distribution of the fake Russia dossier to the FBI.
Kramer was briefed by the Russian dossier author Christopher Steele in London in 2016.
Kramer then returned back to the US and delivered the phony dossier to John McCain. McCain handed the document over to the FBI.

That tumor must be squeezing hard this afternoon.
Just go toward the light, Juan.
5th = Guilty ?
Time for DOJ to file indictment?
GOP scum.
It’s like it’s Devin Nunes against the whole world. Alone.
Well let’s see. Nunes can’t prosecute -just the DOJ. So it’s back to Rosenstein, or Mueller. The three card monte. You don’t think we have all been played for fools? Me thinks so.

Ruh Roh Raggy!
If they grant immunity this will get REALLY interesting!
John’s running out the clock, expecting the Grim Reaper any day. His legacy will not be a positive one.
Here we go again - Lois Lerner, that IT guy, all guilty as sin ...
The “Fifth” should be consumed with ice.
He has been a power hungry SOB for a long time.
What kind of “associate”?
This is a very curious turn of events. The public story has been that Kramer did little more than act an errand boy for a sick friend who gave it to the FBI out of concern. Now Kramer is basically telling us that was all bs, that he was involved in something criminal, and has reason to fear someone who knows the details is going to spill the beans.
McCain’s probably the one who snitched on Kramer. I’m sure he snitched during the Keating 5 scandal to save his sorry ass.
One invokes the Fifth Amendments right against risking self-incrimination for the same reason a good rock climber uses ropes: you never know when you might slip or get hit by something unexpected. Plus, even if youre innocent its hard even for a legally-trained witness to know how to convey that without possible mis-steps. Bottom line, over centuries, lawyers have figured out that the best practice is not to expose their clients to the high risk that something will go wrong, without any compensating upside.
No wonder mueller continues the fake witch hunt!!
We all give up rights to our employers. It's time for government "workers" to be required to do the same.
