How can we have an intelligent discussion about guns when many pushing for more gun control don’t understand basic concepts about weapons?
Take Chris Cuomo on CNN this morning, who said:
“Many in the audience at the CNN townhall supported a ban on semiautomatic weapons.”

We could have expected such a statement, after all the event WAS hosted by CNN, the most liberal there is. By CNN using the term “MANY”. how many?

Well they ran off the students that wouldn’t ask the scripted questions and instead had planed to ask their own sensible questions.

Like many here, I lost all my weapons in a tragic boating accident.
Just as CNN planned it.
The fact that you can’t find out tells me that there ARE SS guards and they are armed.
If you don’t support armed guards in schools you support the slaughter to keep the issue for Democrats.
Sidwell itself doesn't have armed guards but they have several Security Guards.
The children of Presidents ALWAYS have SS protection as mandated by Federal Law....and they are armed.
So, yes there are armed SS folks at Sidwell and it's on our tab.

What a maroon. Is your car automatic or semi automatic? It’s either automatic or it’s not.
It's the design that has changed over the years and now anything that looks like a AK-47 is a Military Weapon...not a civilian weapon.
These chillrens are asking for a TSA type control of their schools. Just like airports after 9/11, instead of going to profiling possible bad folks they opt for ‘all are bad’ and treat everyone like a criminal. These kiddie activists will be the first to scream ‘POLICE STATE’ when they have to be patted down to get into their classroom, unable to drive their own car to school and be treated like convicts in the pen under lockdown just to go to school.

i remember when i first turned off very fake national news forever MANY, MANY years ago: Tom Brokaw was yammering about banning semi-auto weapons, and in the background they were showing people shooting full auto weapons with long arcs of brass cases being ejected into the air ...
I read his tweet this morning. Issue-by-issue I don’t have a problem with raising the age to 21, and maybe the others are OK. I still get a hinky feeling about slippery slope when the Second Amendment is messed with.
