The successful Stanford University project could even open the door to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes by creating healthy pancreases to regulate blood sugar.
While scientists have previously developed human-pig hybrids, sparking excitement that they could use them grow human organs, no team has been able to take it to the next step.
But Stanford's team, which has already successfully transplanted pancreases into mice, is tipped to be the first after now that they have produced a human-sheep model to use.

Years ago I read of such experiments but the fetus always self aborted. What monsters will they now make? A Minotaur?

I don’t know about that; but I remember reading Jeremy Rifkin many years ago, on genetic engineering. I was very impressed with his concerns on this issue, even though I haven’t agreed with him on everything.
Just because we CAN do something doesn’t mean that we Should. But the question of whether we Should do things, seems to always become buried by some general notion of “progress” that I don’t think is always fully thought-out.

These scientists are bringing God’s Wrath on the United States of America. You don’t mess with God’s Creation. This is last days stuff IMHO. Not setting a date, but the signs Jesus mentioned are here. . . besides last days could be the very next breath for someone. Be ready, everyone. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. . .saved from the pits of hell.
