The source article they cite does not say that Brennan is under investigation. It cites a lot of evidence for why he should be under investigation, and it also reports that Nunes will be investigating the intelligence agencies. But saying someone is “under investigation” is a very particular claim. For all we know (and hope) it’s a true claim, but it’s not a claim made in the only article they cite as a source for this article. Unless they know something that is not in their article, they should fix the headline and the first line of the article ASAP before they face legal peril.
