Bartiromo and Newt say Hillary should already be in prison, and Newt admits that he’s very disappointed in Sessions. Again, I think there’s gonna be another push to fire Sessions in favor of someone who will slap every Democrat with charges of collusion, election interference, and insulting Trump. Nunes is already implying that there’s corruption at the DOJ….

Those who cannot understand that we cannot simply start arresting w/o first ensuring the safety & well-being of the population, shifting the narrative, removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success, defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes, freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities, kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org, etc etc. should not be participating in discussions.

I have come to believe a faint is going on with Sessions. There is more there there than meets the eye.
All of this is being dealt with Quietly and in semi secret. At this point theses symptoms of rot are slowly being removed and make no Mistake when the clean up currently going on reaches a critical point you will be seeing trials for treason of high officials within government but first there support system needs to be eliminated and the general public needs to be given time to learn the extent of the crimes committed over the last 70 years and hidden from the public.

If military tribunals are planned,the perps need to first be identified as working with foreign governments as “illegal enemy combatants.” IMO
I read the December EO and while ‘enemy combatants’ is in there, “illegal enemy combatants” is not.
OTOH, is there a difference in function between a military tribunal of 9 vs one of 12? The information circulating re: make-up of purported tribunals already empaneled has all mentioned panels of 12. If 9-member panels are essentially fact-finding grand juries and 12-member panels decide guilt/penalties, categories could already be established. I’m not clear on these details.
Rumors swirl around GITMO expansion and another, separate ‘new’ prison being readied. If accurate, does this imply separate conviction categories?
The cases against the traitors must be air-tight and obvious to everyone. The Left created an industry around the Rosenbergs, splitting hairs over ‘espionage’ and ‘treason’.

I mostly agree, but keep an eye on the really quiet investigation of the Clinton Foundation being done in Little Rock. The clan will find getting a friendly jury there very, very, difficult.

Quite right and for that very reason, although DJT is a capable street fighter, he dare not take the visible lead in this political/legal battle. The front lines are no place for the commanding general, at least since WW1.

Me thinks everyone is waiting for the IG report before the chit hits.
It would seem there is a large segment of our population that doesn't believe that the laws of our wonderful country apply to them... They don't believe in God or Country and law and order is for the suckers and little people... They are totally convinced that, if the don't believe in it, they don't have to live by it.. As long as we continue to refuse to enforce our laws upon the lawless our country will continue to deteriorate...

Or is it the fact that "evil" can use good acts to advance its agenda; but "good" can never use evil doings or it will no longer be "good".
Laws must be enforced ‘across the board’ regardless of a particulars political ideology or position. When we no longer do this..we become our worst vision of what we will become.
