Full title: Attkisson: Journalists "Begging" Not To Be Told About Surveillance Abuses; "Propagandists" In Newsrooms
Investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson said she has never seen the number of supposed open government groups and journalists "so uncurious and begging" not to be told about alleged or supposed violations of citizens rights.
In an interview with Tucker Carlson on the Tuesday edition of his FOX News show, the veteran journalist said "propagandists" have been invited into newsrooms to dictate "talking points de jour," making it more difficult to do unbiased reporting.
Attkisson also talked about intelligence agencies introducing "bad evidence" to obtain a FISA warrant or using a "reverse engineering" method to surveil someone else who is not the target.

Journalism is dead, and most everyone in the profession needs to get another job. Not even trying to tell the truth.

It also means that about every conservative political type, elected or not, has had their phone calls, emails, and texts analyzed for years. Any dirt found likely entered into a database of somekind. And now, any of them remotely crooked or sexually compromised are being blackmailed, directly or indirectly.
It’s why nothing changes. Other than the Trump steamroller.
It’s why all those congress critters are leaving, no doubt. And many doing maximum damage to Trump on the way out. See Flake, McCain, etc.
Might be that Obama database nutjob watters blabbed about. Run out of his mansion, Valjar still in charge.
A bunch of us have discussed it for years. Q is late to the party.
Thanks detective.
Its worse Ive ever seen
Keeping up since 1967 pretty much
>> journalists “so uncurious and begging” not to be told about alleged or supposed violations of citizens rights.
Take it to the BODs of Comcast and Disney — the greatest perpetrators of the malicious MSM.

You drank the Kool-Aide.
Middle-age fags sexually abusing teenage boys isn’t pedophilia.
>>When the law does, what its supposed to do, JUSTICE IS SERVED.<<
True, but what if the law does the opposite of what it’s supposed to do? Then justice is not only not served, it is used as a weapon to facilitate INJUSTICE. And this is what President Trump is facing. By the way, WHERE’S SESSIONS?
>>95% of the Press in America is Socialist/Marxist, they are propagandist, anyone that is surprised by their lack of interest in Democrat crimes is naive.<<
Yep, and the frightening thing is that a comparable percentage of our population do not have clue that they’re being indoctrinated by that filth.
The lack of justice is a good reason why we have not just Trump, but a majority in congress. People are sick of DNC corruption and especially, of the dirty filthy F’n rat that is Hillary Clinton.
Sessions is playing Columbo. He’s about to come out and flop aces. Otherwise, yes, all of this is for NOT.
Sessions is the lynch pin. I have faith in him, hope I’m not wrong because otherwise we’re F’d.
The natural disposition is always to believe. It is acquired wisdom and experience only that teach incredulity, and they very seldom teach it enough. The wisest and most cautious of us all frequently gives credit to stories which he himself is afterwards both ashamed and astonished that he could possibly think of believing. The man whom we believe is necessarily, in the things concerning which we believe him, our leader and director, and we look up to him with a certain degree of esteem and respect. But as from admiring other people we come to wish to be admired ourselves; so from being led and directed by other people we learn to wish to become ourselves leaders and directors . . .
The desire of being believed, the desire of persuading, of leading and directing other people, seems to be one of the strongest of all our natural desires. - Adam Smith, Theory of Moral Sentiments (1759)
The First Amendment is predicated on the equality of the people; the MSM is predicated on the idea that membership in the Associated Press (and its member news outlets) is a title of nobility. Adam Smith could have told you what would happen when all major journalism belonged to an Associated Press:"People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices. It is impossible indeed to prevent such meetings, by any law which either could be executed, or would be consistent with liberty and justice. But though the law cannot hinder people of the same trade from sometimes assembling together, it ought to do nothing to facilitate such assemblies; much less to render them necessary. - Adam Smith, Wealth of NationsWe must have free and independent presses. A single associated press inevitably conspires against the public.

bttt
The FISA court reported abuses in 2011. I’d guess it was the MO through the whole 44 admin.
It’s a competition between the Leftist media and the intel outlets to see who is the most corrupt. Sad.
Perino is a manipulator, the sneaky little girl who gets others in trouble.
You're right - lots of silly stuff being reported by the MSM...
I finally read this thread that I began to look at yesterday, but didn’t finish. I hope you’re right about Sessions. We are screwed if he does nothing after the IG report comes out.
By the way, in “all of this is for NOT”, the key word should be spelled “naught” as indicating “nothing”. These days, spell check does weird things, and sometimes we don’t notice the wrong spelling that was inserted.
Jason Chavetz (SP??) was on Fox with Hannity last night (I haven’t watched Fox or any other news in almost 7-8 yrs?)
But I’ve seen vids of Jason, and I think he is super, sad to see him leave congress. He roasted Sessions, and that made me concerned...
