That's pretty much my take as well. GWB has always been a one-world no-borders immigration nut, and he never hid that. He was no ideal choice but he was the choice the voters were given - that election was a perfect distillation of just how far the globalist establishment had succeeded in arranging a national election such that only its candidates were available. We were nearly given a similar choice in Hillary vs. Jeb. Heads I win, tails you lose.
I would not think that Dubya has a great deal of credibility when it comes to masterly intelligence analysis, though. That dog not only didn't hunt, it laid down on the porch, started wheezing, and died.
IMHO, the moment it became crystal clear that Bush was a shitty war time president came when he let Muqtada al-Sadr off the hook, indirectly and eventually enabling the Iranian mullahs. Like feral animals, feral countries should have offsetting natural enemies and idiot Bush took down Iran's natural enemy, giving the mideast another, more dangerous nuclear power.
